IHDS Themes

This body of research advances rigorous approaches to large-scale social data collection and analysis. Studies address survey design, measurement validity, field implementation challenges, and innovations in longitudinal and panel methods. By improving the reliability and interpretability of IHDS data, the work contributes to methodological debates in empirical social science and strengthens the foundations for evidence-based research on Indian households.
